Memorandum for Brazilian Volunteers – Travel and Preparation Guide

📩 Official invitation – mandatory requirement

To avoid difficulties on the way to Ukraine, every Brazilian volunteer must obtain an official invitation, which we prepare and send directly. By following the recommended routes, this document will allow smooth transit through countries on the way to Ukraine.

Without an invitation, the following problems may arise:

1. Entry denied by a transit country due to lack of documents.
2. Border control may request a return ticket.
3. Other complications entering the EU.
