157th International Training Center
The 157th International Training Center is a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where foreigners with combat experience gained in the combat zone in Ukraine serve. The unit is engaged in the training of foreign volunteers who wish to join the ranks of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, but do not have experience of military service.
The unit receives uniforms and equipment, completes the basic military service course and takes final exams.
The unit uses four languages - English, Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian. All instructors have military service experience and combat experience gained in Ukraine. The International Training Center trains recruits, as well as volunteers with military service experience in their country, for better adaptation to modern combat conditions and expansion of basic knowledge.
Instructor
500 - 1100 USD per month
Official service in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Responsibilities
• conducting training
• ensuring compliance with discipline and safety rules
• conducting an assessment of knowledge, skills and abilities
Requirements
• proven combat experience and high-level skills
• expertise in one or more of the following areas: assault and defense tactics, tactical medicine, engineering, firearms training
• strong motivation and goal-oriented mindset
• knowledge of English, Spanish or Portuguese
Terms
• 500 USD base salary + instructor’s bonuses after passing instructor courses
• signing of an official contract for 3 years (possible termination after 6 months), probationary period of 2 months
• opportunity to grow, learn and become officially instructor of AFU
• food, special clothing and equipment, accommodation, medical and social security at the expense of the state
• annual basic leave of 30 days
Drill-Sergeant
500 - 800 USD per month

• translation during training process (English, Spanish, Portuguese and others)
• working with training platoons in the fields
Requirements
• fluency in one or more languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese and others)
• high responsibility and discipline
