159th Separate Mechanized Brigade
The 159th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is a combat unit formed during the full-scale war, which already has practical experience carrying out combat missions in active combat zones. The brigade continues to develop, strengthens its units, and invites motivated volunteers ready to serve alongside Ukrainian soldiers.
The brigade’s combat units perform both defensive and offensive operations, conduct reconnaissance, use armored vehicles, artillery, and unmanned systems, operate in difficult combat conditions, and continuously improve their training. Significant attention is given to unit cohesion, modern warfare methods, and the practical skills required on the battlefield.
The brigade is being formed under real wartime conditions, so discipline, responsibility, the ability to learn quickly, and teamwork are highly valued. The command is open to candidates with various levels of service experience, including foreign volunteers who are ready to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a legal basis and carry out combat missions together with the unit.
