Rifleman
1100 - 2800 USD per month
Official service in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Responsibilities
• aiming and conducting precise fire from rifles, BMP, APC, or other equipment
• handling various types of weapons, including machine guns, grenade launchers, and vehicle-mounted cannons
• adjusting fire and working with sighting devices
• maintaining weapons and ensuring they are combat-ready
• participating in combat operations
• communicating with command and other units to coordinate actions
Requirements
• proficiency in English or Spanish
• physical and medical fitness for military service
• military training or relevant combat experience is an advantage
• experience with BMP or APC weapons is an advantage
• ability to quickly assess combat situations and adjust fire accordingly
• high physical endurance and readiness for extreme conditions
• teamwork skills and strict adherence to military discipline
• no history of alcohol or drug addiction
Terms
• $500 USD for the training period, $1100 - $2800 USD for task execution (depending on the mission location), plus an additional $1670 USD for every 30 days spent on the frontline
• official contract for 3 years (possible termination after 6 months), with a 2-month probation period
• two month of specialized training with professional instructors
• state-provided food, uniforms, equipment, accommodation, medical, and social security benefits
• financial compensation in case of injury
• annual basic leave of 30 days with additional leave for family-related reasons
