Gunner-Operator (IFV)
1100 - 2800 USD per month
Official service in the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine
Responsibilities
• delivering accurate fire using the main weapons of the Infantry fighting Vehicle (30mm cannon, machine gun, anti-tank systems) against enemy personnel, vehicles, and fortifications
• detecting, tracking, and engaging targets under various conditions — day/night operations, limited visibility, and active combat
• operating modern targeting and optical-electronic systems: night vision devices, thermal imagers, laser rangefinders, etc.
• coordinating with the vehicle commander and driver-mechanic to ensure efficient crew performance
• monitoring the condition of the weapon systems, performing routine maintenance, and managing ammunition loads
• executing combat tasks as part of a mechanized unit during offensive, defensive, raid, or air assault operations
• if necessary, acting as a rifleman, defending positions, evacuating the wounded, or supporting reconnaissance missions
Requirements
• communication skills in English or Spanish (mandatory)
• experience operating IFV weaponry or other armored vehicles is an advantage
• readiness to serve in active combat conditions
• physical endurance, technical proficiency, and ability to work effectively in a crew
• no substance abuse or disqualifying medical conditions
Terms
• 500 USD for the training period, 1100 - 2800 USD for conducting of tasks and orders (depending on the place of performance), + 1670 USD additional payment for each 30 days on the frontline
• signing of an official contract for 3 years (possible termination after 6 months), probationary period of 2 months.
• a month of special training and training with professional instructors.
• food, special clothing and equipment, accommodation, medical and social security at the expense of the state.
