Radiotelephonist
1100 - 2800 USD per month
Official service in the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine
Responsibilities
• ensuring stable, secure, and uninterrupted communication between command, squad, and adjacent units during combat operations
• operating modern radio communication equipment (digital and analog radio stations, satellite communication, repeaters, etc.)
• receiving, transmitting, and logging combat orders, reports, coordinates, and fire support requests
• encrypting and decrypting messages in accordance with radio communication protocols and standards
• performing maintenance and configuration of radio stations, antennas, power supplies, and troubleshooting issues
• maintaining communication under enemy electronic warfare (EW) conditions, searching for alternative communication channels
• keeping records of communication equipment, reporting, and maintaining a radio communication logbook
• working as part of a mobile combat group: moving in combat vehicles, executing missions under active combat conditions
• if necessary — performing the duties of a rifleman or assistant squad leader
Requirements
• language of communication - Spanish or English
• knowledge of Ukrainian or russian language will be an advantage
• suitability for military service in terms of health condition
• military training or relevant service experience will be an advantage
• knowledge of combat tactics and working with machine guns will be an advantage
• high physical fitness and endurance
• ability to work in a team, discipline and readiness to perform in conditions of increased danger
• readiness for long-term field deployments
• readiness to work in a combat zone
• absence of alcohol or drug intoxication addiction
Terms
• 500 USD for the training period, 1100 - 2800 USD for conducting of tasks and orders (depending on the place of performance), + 1670 USD additional payment for each 30 days on the frontline
• signing of an official contract for 3 years (possible termination after 6 months), probationary period of 2 months.
• service in an English-speaking unit under the professional command of English-speaking officers with combat experience who have been trained according to NATO standards.
• food, special clothing and equipment, accommodation, medical and social security at the expense of the state.
• financial compensation in case of injury
