RAROG is a separate brigade of unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We apply reconnaissance, FPV strikes, engineering, and electronic warfare, turning technology into results on the battlefield.
We are the technological answer to modern warfare: drones, data, and discipline instead of randomness.
Selection based on skills, rapid training, well-coordinated team.
Minimum risk — maximum effect.
The brigade has combat and rear positions: FPV and recon drone pilots, gunners, engineers, mechanics, electronic warfare and communications specialists, logistics, and medics.
We provide training, coordination, and a clear chain of command.
Spotter, explosives specialist

The 427th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Systems “RAROG” occupies a worthy place among all “flying” units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in terms of the number of enemy equipment and manpower destroyed. The brigade is developing and creating new teams. We use the following types of drones: FPVs, heavy bombers, fixed-wings, mavics, and UGVs (unmanned ground vehicles). These unmanned systems perform reconnaissance, remote mining, enemy strikes, and delivery of provisions and ammunition to positions.
The unit will teach you everything! The main thing is your desire!
Responsibilities
• combat deployments and the performance of engineering tasks
• maintenance and storage of explosive devices
• continuous training and improvement in explosive ordnance disposal
• mastering new types of explosive devices
• following instructions and safety requirements for working with explosives
• preparing ammunition, configuring it, and inspecting it immediately before launching the drone
Requirements
• language of communication - Spanish or English
• experience working with various types of explosives or a willingness to learn
• understanding of the basic principles of circuitry
• experience in servicing or repairing electronics
• attention to detail, meticulousness, and stress tolerance
• no criminal record, drug or alcohol addiction
• ability to work in a team
Terms
• 1100 - 2800 USD depending on the mission and the place of service
• сontract-based service, typically a 3-year contract with the option to terminate after 6 months
• сivilian candidates must undergo basic military training (shooting, tactical, engineering, psychological training, tactical medicine, etc.)
Spotter / UAV Ordnance Specialist
1100 - 2800 USD per month
The 427th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Systems “RAROG” is a high-tech combat unit whose main goal is the rapid development and preservation of the life and health of personnel. The spotter (UAV ordnance specialist) is one of the final links in the chain, where soldiers manually configure the UAV, equip it with ammunition, and perform all pre-flight checks. This is a unique opportunity to leave a “message” with your own hands and deliver it to the enemy by express delivery.
Responsibilities
• combat deployment and final equipping of UAVs with payloads
• maintenance and storage of ammunition for UAVs in accordance with regulations
• continuous training and improvement in sapper skills related to drone ammunition
• mastering new weapons and equipment
Requirements
• language of communication - Spanish or English
• experience working with explosives or participating in the configuration of ammunition for UAVs
• education or training courses in mine and explosive ordnance disposal would be an advantage
• accuracy and meticulousness
• ability to conduct radio communications clearly and concisely
• ability to work in a team
• willingness to learn and develop
