72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians
The 72nd Brigade is an experienced mechanized brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with a history dating back to the Second World War.
Since 2014, the brigade has taken part in key battles of the Russian-Ukrainian war, including the battles for Donetsk Airport, the Avdiivka and Pokrovsk sectors, the defense of the Kyiv region, Vuhledar, and other frontline areas.
The brigade conducts defensive and offensive operations, holds and regains positions, combining the work of mechanized infantry, reconnaissance, artillery, unmanned systems, communications, logistics, and medical support.
Company Sergeant Major
400 - 4500 USD per month, additional rewards for assault operations, capturing prisoners, and destroying enemy personnel and equipment
Official service in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Responsibilities
• leading the unit's personnel during combat and special missions
• coordinating and controlling the unit's fire
• preparing personnel for assigned missions
• assessing the battlefield situation, making tactical decisions, and adapting plans to changing conditions
Requirements
• ability to effectively lead personnel and make quick, well-reasoned decisions in combat conditions
• language of communication - Spanish or English
• knowledge of the technical characteristics of weapons and equipment, with the ability to use and maintain them effectively
• endurance and the ability to work effectively under extreme conditions and stress
• ability to communicate effectively with subordinates, other units, and command
Terms
• 500 USD for the training period, 1100 - 2800 USD for conducting of tasks and orders (depending on the place of performance), + 1670 USD additional payment for each 30 days on the frontline
• signing of an official contract for 3 years (possible termination after 6 months), probationary period of 2 months.
• a month of special training and training with professional instructors.

Sergeant

Responsibilities
• performing or assisting in the execution of combat missions as part of the unit
• administration of the unit's daily activities
• accounting of material resources
• maintaining accounting documentation
• planning, organizing processes, motivating personnel, and maintaining communication
• organization of the unit's logistical and property support
• inventory and accounting of equipment
• implementation of logistical support measures
• timely receipt and inspection of weapons, ammunition, equipment, and other material resources
Requirements
• military service experience will be an advantage
• language of communication - Spanish or English
• suitability for military service based on health, moral, and psychological qualities
• good physical fitness and moral stability
• responsibility and discipline
• secondary specialized or higher education
• no criminal record

Service in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Responsibilities:
• organization of repair and maintenance of equipment
• accounting for the technical condition of property and equipment
• control of the correct operation of equipment
• control of scheduled maintenance of equipment
• timely detection and elimination of malfunctions
• management of personnel
Requirements:
• fitness for military service in terms of health and moral and psychological qualities
• language of communication - Spanish or English
• good physical fitness
• high level of motivation and stress resistance
• technical higher or secondary education
• desirable work experience of 1 year in a similar position
• responsibility and organization
Terms:
• 500 USD for the training period, 1100 - 2800 USD for the performance of tasks and orders (depending on the place of assignment), + 1670 USD additionally for every 30 days on the front line
• signing of an official 3-year contract (termination possible due to 6 months), 2-month probationary period.

Medical Instructor
400 - 4500 US dollars, additional reward for conducting assault operations, taking prisoners, destroying enemy manpower and equipment.
Service in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Responsibilities:
• participation in the stages of evacuation of the wounded
• escorting patients to medical institutions
• maintaining medical documentation and reporting
• compliance with the requirements of the statutes and discipline
Requirements:
• age from 18 years
• language of communication - Spanish or English
• willingness to work in a zone of active combat operations
• fitness for military service in terms of health and moral and psychological qualities
• secondary medical education (paramedic or nurse)
• knowledge of the basics of tactical medicine and emergency care
• high level of motivation and stress resistance
• responsibility, attentiveness and ability to make quick decisions
• ability to work in a team
Terms:
• 500 US dollars for the training period, 1100 - 2800 US dollars for completing tasks and orders (depending on the place of assignment), + 1670 US dollars additionally for every 30 days on frontline
