Official service in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Responsibilities

• handle explosive hazards and explosive devices

• assemble munitions using available materials

• ensure compliance with safety procedures and camouflage measures at the work site

Requirements

• proficiency in English or Spanish

• initiative and willingness to learn

• experience in combat engineer or military engineering units is an advantage

• mine clearance certification or experience handling explosive materials is an advantage

• readiness to work in a combat zone

• no criminal convictions

• physically fit to work in field conditions, with no medical contraindications

• no alcohol, gambling, or drug addiction

Terms

• base salary: USD 1,110 per month

• additional combat pay: Up to USD 1,560 per month, depending on the complexity and location of assigned missions

• professional training with experienced instructors, comprehensive specialty training, and structured integration into the unit

• three-year contract with the option to terminate after six months

• full military uniform, personal protective equipment, and meals provided

• guaranteed annual leave: 30 days of paid annual leave, plus 10 additional days for family circumstances

• social security benefits and free medical care at military medical facilities
