400 - 4500 US dollars, additional remuneration for conducting assault operations, taking prisoners, destroying enemy manpower and equipment.

Service in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• performing combat missions as part of your unit (conducting defensive actions)

• using a machine gun to suppress enemy firing points, destroy manpower and provide fire support for the advancement of your unit

• ensuring constant and effective fire cover for the actions of rifle groups, snipers, as well as during maneuvers, withdrawal or fortification

• constant monitoring of the battlefield, identifying enemy positions and targets and reporting them to the commander

• quick and correct selection of a firing position, its arrangement (trenching), determination of fire sectors, preparation of a fire map (for long-term positions)

• following orders: clear execution of orders and instructions of commanders regarding fire, movement and interaction with other fighters

• regular inspection, cleaning, lubrication and elimination of minor malfunctions of the machine gun (for example, delays in firing)

• checking the availability and quality of ammunition, equipment belts, ensuring the serviceability of all weapon mechanisms before going on a mission

Requirements:

• age from 18 years

• language of communication – Spanish or English

• excellent physical fitness and endurance (the job involves carrying a lot of equipment, weapons and BC)

• readiness to perform extremely complex tasks in the area of active combat operations

• fitness for military service due to health and high moral and psychological qualities

• responsibility, quick reaction, attentiveness and ability to work in a team (often paired with an assistant machine gunner)

• desire to constantly learn and improve your weapons handling skills

Terms:

• 500 US dollars for the training period, 1100 - 2800 US dollars for completing tasks and orders (depending on the place of assignment), + 1670 US dollars additionally for every 30 days on the front line

• signing an official 3-year contract (can be terminated after 6 months), 2-month probationary period.

• one month of special exercises and training with professional instructors.

• food, special clothing and equipment, accommodation, medical and social security at the expense of the state.

• financial compensation in case of injury

• annual basic leave of 30 days.
