Official service within units of the National Guard of Ukraine. 1st Corps “AZOV”

Salary

• • approximately 500 USD from contract signing until the start of training
• • 1100 USD during the training period
• • from 2600 USD on active duty (depending on tasks and location)

Requirements

• • fluent English
• • good physical shape
• • willingness to carry out tasks in an active combat zone
• • adherence to the principles of evidence-based medicine
• • a CLS/CMC/CPP certificate is an advantage
• • willingness to undergo regular medical training, improve skills, and enhance qualifications
• • motivation to defeat the enemy
• • combat experience is an advantage but not required
• • no drug use or alcohol-related issues

Responsibilities

• • providing emergency medical care to casualties in combat conditions
• • conducting tactical medicine training for personnel
• • organizing the workspace and workflow at casualty triage points
• • monitoring the contents of medical backpacks, rescue soldier bags, and personnel first-aid kits
• • collecting and processing medical data

Terms

• • +1670 USD additional for every 30 days on the zero line
• • official 3-year contract (exit is possible after 6 months)
• • 2-month probationary period
• • at least 2 months of specialized training with experienced instructors
• • continuous diversified training between missions
• • provision of high-quality, modern equipment and technical support
• • steady medical, psychological, and social support
• • financial compensation and free medical treatment and rehabilitation in case of injury through Azov.Care and their personal case managers
• • paid annual leave in accordance with Ukrainian legislation
